Kaizen Viam Ducent - Kaizen Leads the Way
Team Kaizen was started with a handful of former and current paintball players looking for a different experience, we found this in airsoft. The age requirement, military sim scenarios, relative decrease in maintenance price, all while still retaining the fun and excitement we craved from paintball. Kaizen is a newer team, but we have a desire to learn. There is another "Team Kaizen" operating in the CFL area, but their primary sport is paintball. Although our names are the same we have no affiliation with each other. Unfortunately this was unknown at the time of the team's forming, and I see no reason why we can not coexist. The very meaning of Kaizen is to improve continually over time, and that's exactly what we plan on doing. Through superior teamwork, communication, and tactics we will strive to do our best on and off the field, and in the process develop friends along the way. If you are interested in joining us, please keep these things in mind.
- You must, in most every case, be 18 or older to participate in airsoft games. Underage members will be allowed to participate in team meeting and practices, but they will not be allowed to attend any airsoft games, as that is an issue out of our hands.
- You must be able to work as a team member, and follow directions of the persons in command. Follow rules set in place at all times. They are there for you saftey, and the overall enjoyment of others.
- The basic Kaizen loadout consists of M81 Woodland camo, and tan gear. Exceptions will be made on a game to game basis depending on the force we are representing, but we would like to keep the base uniform as "uniform" as possible.
- Be a good sportsman, and have fun
